Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast industry disruptions by 2026
- Develop and implement long-term strategic frameworks for organizational resilience
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders and industry partners
- Curate and maintain Horizon Dynamics' proprietary futurist intelligence database
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor a team of junior futurists and researchers
- Translate foresight insights into product development roadmaps and investment opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent field
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of publishing futurist research or industry whitepapers
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futurist projects with measurable impact
