Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 technology roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Produce strategic briefings for executive leadership on emerging paradigm shifts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into concrete business strategies and innovation pipelines
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing technologies and market positioning
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and social vectors affecting long-term technological trajectories
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Experience with scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future analyses or strategic foresight work
