Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to cultivate future-oriented mindsets
- Produce high-impact trend briefings and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive disruption vectors
- Author thought leadership on industry evolution and market adaptation strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in innovation strategy, technology forecasting, or corporate futurism
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, synthetic biology, quantum systems)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
