Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Foresight Framework through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges in sustainability and digital transformation
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders including venture partners
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize emerging tech investments (quantum, AI ethics, synthetic biology)
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on future-of-work and societal impact
- Mentor junior futurists while establishing industry-wide benchmarks for predictive modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies with published research or patents
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
