Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026+ innovation roadmaps for emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and market opportunities
- Design strategic frameworks for future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis
- Present findings to board members and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurism
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
