Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an organizational culture of calculated risk-taking
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and geopolitical impacts on emerging markets
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFIP) preferred
