Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI and automation deployment in 2026+ environments
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and integrate disruptive startups
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive sustainable innovation initiatives aligned with UN SDGs for 2030
- Mentor junior futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic foresight roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in quantum applications, AI governance, or climate tech
- Proven track record scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Strong network with global innovation hubs and research institutions
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP or similar)
