Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and speculative design

- Proven track record leading R&D initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major platforms
