Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-ready solutions across AI ethics, biotech convergence, and climate tech
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government bodies to shape policy frameworks
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints using design thinking and futures forecasting methodologies
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight at Fortune 500 level
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with global impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
