- Manage a portfolio of experimental projects with rapid prototyping cycles
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present futuristic insights to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor innovation teams in emerging methodologies and foresight frameworks
- Track and analyze global tech trends to inform strategic decisions
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology leadership
- Proven experience developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFIP, WFS) preferred
- Track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Engineering, or Business
- Portfolio demonstrating futurist projects or publications
