Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging tech trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech giants
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Monitor global tech disruption signals and provide actionable foresight reports
- Design and execute innovation sprints using agile methodologies for future tech
Qualifications
- PhD in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (neural interfaces, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Published research in peer-reviewed futurist or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CSF) preferred
