Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neurotech, and climate-positive systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale exponential technologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley disruptors and global research institutions
- Author visionary whitepapers on future-of-work paradigms and human-AI symbiosis
- Drive $50M+ innovation initiatives with measurable ROI on future-proof solutions
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Quantum Leap accelerator program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with 5+ years in exponential technology forecasting
- Proven track record of launching billion-dollar future-focused ventures
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or AGI governance
- Published thought leadership in MIT Tech Review or equivalent tier
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Computational Complexity
- Fluency in Web3.0 protocols and decentralized autonomous organizations
- Certification in Advanced Scenario Planning from WFS or similar
