- Lead R&D initiatives in futuristic domains, securing $10M+ annual innovation budgets
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive stakeholders and board members
- Mentor a team of 15+ futurists and innovation specialists
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and global research labs
- Secure 3+ industry patents annually for proprietary innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or futurism leadership within tech/finance sectors
- Master's degree in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (min. 3 successful launches)
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to Fortune 500 leadership
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from Institute for the Future)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
