As a key member of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll leverage predictive analytics and trend forecasting to identify disruptive technologies before they enter mainstream consciousness. You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop long-term innovation roadmaps that position our clients as industry pioneers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential post-2025
- Develop predictive models using machine learning to forecast market adoption curves
- Author strategic briefings on quantum computing, neurotech, and AGI implications
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for 2030+ digital ecosystem transformations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate next-gen startup opportunities
Qualifications
- Masters/PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Expertise in predictive analytics tools (Python, TensorFlow, Tableau)
- Published thought leadership on emerging tech trends
- Proficiency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
