- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight research into executable strategies
- Build predictive models using AI-powered trend analysis and horizon scanning
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing organizations
- Manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing actionable future-strategy frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
