Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop patent portfolios and IP strategies for emerging tech domains
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Establish industry partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory impacts on technology adoption curves
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record scaling innovation from concept to market leadership
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: AI, quantum, or biotech
- Executive-level communication with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
