- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global sustainability and accessibility standards
- Partner with academic institutions and startups to incubate 2026-viable innovations
- Establish governance frameworks for AI/human symbiosis and neural data privacy
- Conduct scenario planning for climate-resilient infrastructure and autonomous logistics
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in emerging technologies (synthetic biology, nanotech, quantum cryptography)
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in future-tech domains
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or post-blockchain consensus
- Published research in IEEE Nature journals on emerging tech (2019-2023)
- Proven track record scaling systems handling >10M concurrent neural interfaces
- Certification in Quantum Algorithm Design (Qiskit or Cirq)
- Experience with UN SDG tech frameworks and ISO 20700 ethical AI standards
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
