- Architect ethical AI governance frameworks compliant with evolving 2026 global tech regulations

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or equivalent with 5+ years strategic tech planning
- Proven track record scaling enterprise systems through 2025+ technological inflection points
- Expertise in quantum-resistant cryptography and post-quantum security protocols
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI ethics or climate-tech innovation
- Fluency in at least three programming paradigms (quantum, functional, neural)
