Responsibilities
- Forecast 2026 Tech Landscape: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, Quantum Computing) to predict their impact on the industry by 2026.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with our long-term business goals and the 2026 vision.
- Innovation Labs: Lead the pilot programs for experimental technologies, overseeing proof-of-concept (PoC) development and testing.
- C-Suite Advisory: Act as a key advisor to executive leadership, presenting data-driven insights and strategic recommendations regarding future tech investments.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to identify gaps in the market and opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing) to ensure alignment on future tech initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D, with a proven track record of forecasting long-term industry trends.
- Deep Tech Knowledge: Strong understanding of the technological trajectory toward 2026, including AI, machine learning, and digital transformation.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and drive innovation in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Adaptability: High emotional intelligence and the ability to thrive in a culture of continuous change and experimentation.
