Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating breakthrough technologies with 2026 market-readiness potential
- Develop comprehensive adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology innovations
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for emerging tech disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage prototype development and pilot programs for next-gen technologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching commercialized emerging tech solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder communication skills
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CSTM)
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
