- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to drive high-performance delivery.
- Innovation Implementation: Spearhead the integration of emerging technologies, including AI, AR/VR, and edge computing, into our core infrastructure.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and strategic risks in development cycles, implementing mitigation strategies early.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into future tech trends to ensure our roadmap remains competitive and relevant.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in software engineering, product management, or technical leadership.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining and delivering complex technology strategies with a focus on future scalability.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams through ambiguity and drive consensus in high-pressure environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of modern software architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and AI/ML fundamentals.
