- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and policy think tanks
- Produce foresight briefings for C-suite on emerging regulatory and ethical landscapes

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and systemic risk modeling
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech convergence
- Track record of scaling innovation initiatives beyond $50M impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership on 4IR implications
