- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic agility and innovation velocity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating predictive frameworks for technology adoption cycles
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., STEEP, Delphi)
