Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 AI roadmaps aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams in prototyping next-gen AI applications (neural interfaces, climate modeling, personalized medicine)
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment in regulated industries
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and quantum computing startups
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives
- Drive innovation through quarterly 'Future Labs' hackathons and patent development
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and their impact on AI adoption timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record scaling AI products to $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in federated learning, explainable AI, and generative adversarial networks
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent peer-reviewed AI journals
- Experience navigating FDA/EU regulatory landscapes for AI medical devices
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI Ethics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud AI deployment architectures
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ AI systems with measurable societal impact
