Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Published research on algorithmic fairness or explainable AI
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving global regulations
- Experience auditing large-scale LLM deployment systems
- Proficiency in Python and ethical AI toolkits (e.g., IBM AI Fairness 360)
- Track record of influencing corporate AI governance policies
