Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and speed
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following safety protocols
- Maintain organized inventory records using digital tracking systems
- Inspect products for quality control and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and maintain a clean, safe workspace
- Support inventory cycle counts and reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification a plus (training available)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to the Mission Street location
- Pass background check and drug screening
