As a vital part of our supply chain, you will ensure our inventory is managed efficiently and our shipping processes run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming inventory to maintain accurate warehouse records.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision and speed to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and inventory audits to minimize discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during shift changes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Forklift certification is highly preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
