Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain real-time inventory counts and cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA certification or forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software experience
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
