Responsibilities
- Pack and Prepare Orders: Accurately pack, label, and prepare products for shipment to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using our WMS.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely to move stock within the warehouse.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet our quality standards before shipping.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by following all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States and willing to pass a background check.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and knowledge of safety procedures is a plus.
