Your Mission
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations, ensuring our products are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse facility efficiently and safely.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport inventory to designated storage areas.
- Scan items using barcode scanners and handheld devices to maintain accurate inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment targets.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and report any damages immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide paid training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license is required.
