Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and packing equipment
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Inspect products for quality compliance before shipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Maintain clean and safe work environment following OSHA standards
- Participate in cross-functional projects as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation to our Raleigh facility
- Flexibility to work morning/afternoon shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
