- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders in a warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) with proper safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and company policies
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and receiving shipments
- Use warehouse management systems for order processing
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required for all roles)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to Oakland worksite
- Willingness to pass background check and drug screening
