Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Load, unload, and move products efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all labels and documentation are correct and compliant.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or defects before processing.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve logistical issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
