Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping using proper packaging techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction with every order.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy for scanning and logging.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
