Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Verify incoming inventory against shipping documents and resolve any discrepancies.
- Organize stock in the warehouse to ensure efficient picking and packing processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate scanning equipment and handheld computers to track inventory status.
- Assist in cycle counts and periodic inventory audits.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
