Responsibilities
- Manage inventory with precision using WMS systems
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Pack and ship orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing goods
- Report maintenance issues promptly to prevent downtime
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (CPCS or RTITB)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 25kg safely
- Basic computer literacy with WMS exposure
- Excellent team communication skills
- Valid UK work authorization
- Flexible availability for shift work
