Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize inventory in our climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following safety protocols
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and conduct regular equipment checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
