Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from trailers and storage areas safely and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Package, label, and prepare shipments for delivery using scanners and packaging materials.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure inventory accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following 5S standards.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading dock area).
