Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in a climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Collaborate with multicultural team members daily
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Participate in monthly inventory counts
- Support cross-functional logistics operations as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper training
- Basic English communication skills (ESL support available)
- Valid work permit or visa authorization required
