Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and label products for shipment
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanners
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols in fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on loading docks
- Meet daily productivity targets with quality assurance
- Participate in weekly cycle counts and audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to North Austin facility
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts (including weekends)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment background check
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
