Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently
- Pick and pack orders according to priority schedules and quality standards
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and equipment operation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; forklift certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends as needed
- Proven ability to work independently and in team environments
