Responsibilities
- Receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments with barcode scanners
- Pick and pack orders efficiently using RF scanners and voice technology
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification training provided)
- Maintain organized storage areas and perform cycle counts
- Load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
