Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and package inventory according to company protocols
- Operate material handling equipment safely and effectively (forklift, pallet jacks)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Adhere to strict safety standards and maintain clean workspaces
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Communicate proactively about operational challenges and opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our Embarcadero facility
- Pass background check and drug screening (company-provided)
- Flexible availability to work weekends during peak seasons
