Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts using digital tracking tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company protocols
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
