Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in a 50,000 sq ft climate-controlled facility
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment (training provided)
- Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- No prior warehouse experience necessary (training provided)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Availability for flexible shifts (including weekends as needed)
