Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely in compliance with UK regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid UK forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 25kg regularly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including potential weekend shifts
- Right to work in the UK
