Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after certification)
- Maintain organized inventory counts and documentation
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to strict safety and quality standards
- Assist with loading/unloading delivery vehicles
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with legal right to work in the UK
- Ability to lift up to 25kg repeatedly
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Reliable transportation to Birmingham Industrial Park
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Availability for weekday shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
