Position Overview: As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be the backbone of our logistics operations. This physically active role requires attention to detail and teamwork to ensure efficient product flow from receiving to shipping. Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders for shipment with 99% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and safety compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours daily
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
