Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with certification
- Maintain organized inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits
- Support outbound shipping processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently
- Basic computer literacy (barcode scanning systems)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
