Responsibilities
- Accurately process and pack customer orders with attention to detail
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct regular stock counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Support loading/unloading operations for inbound/outbound shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physical demands
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
